Our smart-match technology automatically connects parents and sitters based on what you both need.

Here’s how it works:

If you’re a parent: immediately after you’ve posted a job, smart-match automatically matches your requirements to the location and preferred jobs of trusted childcare professionals. It then shows you their profiles in order of best-fit.

If you’re a sitter: smart-match goes and finds you work, matching your location and preferred jobs to live jobs and showing you them. All you have to do is apply.
